By purchasing from MSL Customs Ltd T/A TeckWrap UK, you agree to the following:
All TeckWrap UK statements, technical information and recommendations are based on tests believed to be reliable but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty.
All TeckWrap UK products are sold with the understanding that the buyer has independently determined the suitability of products for its purpose.
TeckWrap UK products are warranted to be free of defects in material for the period of shelf life. In case of product defects communicated in the mentioned period, TeckWrap UK will consider and determine the existence of the defect and further decide at its sole discretion, to either replace defective product without charge or compensate it with money in such amount, as TeckWrap UK deems reasonable. This action is the exclusive right and only obligation of TeckWrap UK (MSL Customs Ltd).
This warranty does not cover the cases of normal wearing and transportation. In no event will TeckWrap UK (MSL Customs Ltd). be liable and responsible for labour, consequential damages, or incidental damages of any kind.
Refund & Return Policy
If there is an issue with your order after receiving it, please contact us via phone or email, within 10 days to request a return/refund and/or replacement.
Shipping and service charges (if any) are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It must also be in its original packing, complete with the LOT number.
If the products are approved, they should then be shipped to:

The cost of shipping will be your responsibility and all returns/refunds will incur a 20% restocking surcharge, unless they are subject to a defect claim.
According to the technical parameters listed in the actual product bulletin, we grant a limited guarantee for production flaws. Only if an item is defective or damaged during shipment will we replace it.
In the event of a warranty issue, we have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange unfortunately.
All warranty claims need to be approved by TeckWrap Inc. (USA).
For us to begin the warranty claim process, you must email a reclamation letter to email@example.com, to request a return. This should include a full explanation of the problem, confirmation of correct installation procedures having been followed, photos/videos, and the LOT number. We will also require a sample of the defective material, to be able to send it for testing. A claim can not be processed without all of these required items.
If all the correct procedures have been followed during installation and your claim is approved, we will give you a full refund or replace the product (shipping expenses are covered by us).
